SALES AND RETURN POLICY

ORDER POLICY

  • No order will be confirmed until at least 30% of the deposit is made.
  • All orders will be cleared for processing after the deposit confirmation is received.
  • The delivery date will be estimated and quoted once payment has been made and the order is confirmed.
  • Deposit is not subject to refunds other than for situations listed under our cancellation policy.

CHANGE POLICY

  • Modifications to your order made early-on should be delivered via email or phone. However, when the manufacturers are producing goods, all orders are confirmed, and no changes should be made.
  • Order omissions are dependent upon a restocking fee which is 30% of the respective price prompted in the order document.
  • All modified orders (designed according to a customer’s preference) cannot be cancelled after order placement. These items cannot be returned. The projected delivery duration is not warranted because of the customization process. Please allow a more extended period for order manufacturing and delivery.

 

1. RETURNS

1.1 Return Conditions

1.1.1 To successfully return an item, you must bring along a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.1.2 To conduct an exchange or return, your item must be completely unused, and in the exact condition you purchase it. It must also be packed in the original packaging, and you must alert us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. If a returned item is discovered not to be in reselling condition by Elan Furniture, we have the exclusive right to refund a maximum of 50% of the good’s price paid by the client.

1.2 Change of Mind

At Elan Furniture, we strictly comply with an original “made-to-order” ideology. We offer customization services for the majority of our goods to provide our customers with ease. On the other hand, we do not make refunds for any customized items if they resulted from a switch of thought. Hence, the customer must be sure of their customized order items and what they aim to seek in those.

1.3 Damaged or Faulty Items
Elan Furniture warehouse prudently examines your order before the shipping process begins. Upon delivery, please ensure that your purchase is in good condition and alert us of any error or damage sustained instantly or within 24 hours. We will not be obligated to take any action after 24 hours of purchase. We will offer restoration along with the required service and customer care.

1.4 Warranty Claim
We will not be refunding or substituting an item where under our consideration the item has, post-sale, come to be of unreasonable quality as a result of slight transit damages, mishandling, failure to operate in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, using it in an unusual way or inability to take the required level of care.

1.5 Failure to Deliver
We will not be making refunds for items if our delivery personnel fails to reach the delivery location. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to critically analyze and make sure that access to the delivery site is possible, and there is vacant space for the items bought.

 

2. REFUNDS

  • As soon as your returned item is received and analyzed, we will email you to alert you that we have received your respective returned item. We will also inform you of the authorization or declination of your refunded item.
  • If it is authorized, your refund request will be further put forth, and a credit will be transferred to your credit card on your original transaction mode within a period of 3 to 5 working days.
  • In case you have not received a refund as of yet, first, check your bank account once more. Then get in touch with your credit card provider; it might take a while before your refund is formally processed.
  • If you have done all the steps mentioned above and still have not been provided with a refund, please get in contact with us through email or phone.
